*rehearsals for performance are preferred so as not to disturb the performance when possible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

all shoots require a $75, non-refundable deposit

USE AND PERMISSIONS

Comprehensive usage rights are granted to all images for personal and personal business use only, with credit given to the photographer when available. Magazine, commercial, and advertising usage rights are individually negotiated and offered in perpetual, long-term, and short-term use as negotiated. Licensing for these uses is listed below. Marketing, gallery use, and publication rights are still reserved for the intellectual property of the photographer. Exclusive rights may be individually negotiated.

Only edited and retouched photographs provided by the photographer are permitted. Sharing unedited photos is strictly prohibited.

LICENSING FEES

1-4 images: $10 per image

5-9 images: $9 per image

10-24 images: $8 per image

25-49 images: $7 per image

50-99 images: $6 per image

100+ images: $5 per image

PAYMENT

The total balance is due to Ethan Neal before the start of the photo shoot via the agreed-upon method of payment.

MEDIA DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

all media design and management are priced per situation and institution.
